Data for Success

Introduction

The information presented in "Data for Success" has been provided for the use of staff within the Division of Student Success at New Mexico State University, Las Cruces Campus. It is hoped this information will assist with an understanding of the students whom the Division serves. Specific headcounts have purposely not been provided so that viewers may focus on the relationships between the years presented. The data presented is not meant to serve as official counts for NMSU, nor should it be used for reporting outside the institution.

All enrollment data are based on fall semester enrollments (except as noted) at New Mexico State University, Las Cruces Campus for the most current fall semester, and five, ten and twenty years prior to the current semester. Each fall semester, this pattern will be updated. Information will be added as it becomes available, enhancing the description of NMSU students. The data behind these graphs was assembled by the Office of Research, Evaluation and Assessment within the Division of Student Success specifically for this website. Effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the data across the span of years, data systems, and data fields. However, the data are based on snapshots in time and may not reflect subsequent data corrections.
